Why do I have to register?
Due to we are a business to business supplier, we strictly enforce registration to view wholesale pricing and make purchases. You can register by simply entering a username, password, email and business tax ID/seller's permit number. Please note that there might be additional verification. Your privacy is our number one priority, please be assured that your information is securely stored and will not be shared with any third party.
How do I register if my country does not give out seller's permit numbers?

Do I have to own a store to register?
We are happy to supply any kind of reseller! Whether you are starting an Ebay business, have a boutique, own a multi-store corporation or a part time seller on a marketplace platform, we are happy that you can carry our products!
Is everything on the website in stock?
We do our best to ensure that our inventory is updated, over 99% of our merchandise is in stock in our warehouse and ready to ship, however, due to occasional miscounts and human mistakes, there could be minor inventory discrepancy. You will be refunded right away for the out of stock items when we process your order. Please always allow around 5 business days to see refunds on your bank/credit card statements.
Can I see the merchandise in person?
We are an online based only distributor, we do not have a physical showroom at this time, but stay tuned as it is a possibility in the future!
Can I use your images for my store?
Absolutely! We photograph all of our merchandise in our studio with our models, you are welcome to use our images if you purchase the merchandise from us! Misusage of the images for other purposes (i.e. counterfeiting) is strictly prohibited and will be reported.
What's the minimum order?
We believe that boutiques should have to right to choose what sizes to stock and how many of each size to stock for their customers, therefore, we do not have a minimum order per style! However, due to we are a B2B platform, we do impose a minimum order of $150 per order.
Do you offer samples?
We do not offer samples, however, unlike most clothing wholesalers where you have to purchase in bundles or prepacks, you can purchase as little as one piece per style to inspect the quality and see if you like the item in person before you order that particular style in bulk.
Where is the clothing made?
Wholesale Fash is a unique combination of manufacturer and multi-line showroom. Over 80% of the merchandise is our own production, made proudly in the USA! Only a minority of our merchandise from other labels are imported. Please refer to the info tab of every product for item specific information.
How much should I sell the garments for?
Retail markup depends solely on your own business. We have discount store clients that mark up 100-200%, and mid to high end boutiques that mark up 300-500%. Feel free to adjust the pricing that's right for your business and clientele.
What's the inventory level and will I be able to restock?
We carry anywhere from 10 pieces to 1000 pieces per color/style, in general, we have sufficient inventory for new arrivals. However, we cannot guarantee the amount of time each style will stay in stock for, as some styles sell out faster than others. In order to keep our products fresh, we rarely remanufacture the same style.
How's the sizing of your products?
Our brands are contemporary lines, they are unique in the way that they fall between juniors and misses, so they can be great for a variety of customers. Sizing run relatively smaller than department store brands, and are comparable to your familiar brands like Forever 21, Bebe etc...
Our clothing runs relatively true to size. We design clothing for women and juniors, therefore, they run smaller compared to women's and misses.

Is your merchandise tagged and labeled? Can I put my own labels?
Over 99% of our merchandise have labels, but not all items have hang tags even though everything we carry is brand new. We are a manufacturer as well, and most of the items come straight out of our factory, so hang tags are not placed on most garments. You are more than welcome to put your own private label and hangtags and we are happy that you are branding our merchandise as your own!
Do you provide volume discounts?
We do not offer volume discounts at this time due to our extremely low margin, however, we are working on ways to reward our loyal customers so stay tuned!
What's your return policy?
In order to bring you fresh new styles constantly at great prices, all orders are considered final, unless in rare occasions of wrong/damaged items received. We inspect our products multiple times prior to shipping. All items are brand new.
How long does shipping take?
For U.S. shipping addresses, it takes approximately 5-7 business days or less! If you choose the express shipping option, it takes 2-3 business days to receive your order, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.
For international addresses outside of the U.S., it takes 2-3 weeks to receive your order, however, please allow up to 1 month, as we cannot control any unexpected delay due to the custom of your country.
How much does shipping cost?
For U.S. destinations, we charge a flat rate of $9.99 for all orders under $300. If your order total is over $300, shipping is absolutely free!
For international destinations, your shipping fee will be charged at checkout. As you may already know, the first piece costs the most for international packages. The first piece will cost $25, and any additional pieces will cost $4 to ship if you order under 20 pieces, or $2.5 per piece if you order over 20 pieces. The more you order, the less it costs per item.
What countries do you ship to?
We are a worldwide wholesaler, so we ship to most countries around the world! We are proud to serve boutiques worldwide from Europe to Asia, from the Americas to Africa, we work very hard to design products that appeal to a worldwide audience and we love to keep up with international trends!
When can I see my refund?
If one or more items on your order are out of stock, please allow around 5 business days to see the refund on your bank/credit card statement.
For returns, please allow 2-3 weeks to see refunds on your bank/credit card statement.

How secure is my payment?
It is extremely important to us that your payment information is secure. We use Stripe to process your payments, and we do not store any of your payment information on our server.
